Five newly established co-operative societies serving smallholder tea growers in Kericho and its environs seek to recruit the services of qualified managers to facilitate their day to day activities:

Among the key responsibilities include the following:

• General management of the society
• Implementation of the decisions of the management committee
• Establish of a pricing strategy for products and services
• Timely preparation of society’s business plans, budgets and monthly returns.

The incumbent should possess the following qualifications:

• CPA/ACCA part II
• Diploma in co-operative management or relevant field
• 3 years of relevant experience especially in the tea sector
• Experience in computerized accounting
