NGO Project Manager Job Ksh. 70000

Our client an NGO is looking for a Project Manager.

The Project Manager shall act as a team leader responsible for the overall delivery of all project planned outputs, targets and activities and ensure effective and timely reporting, accounting and liaison with all individuals and agencies involved in the project implementation.

The specific duties include:

• Enable and coordinate all aspects of the Project Implementation.
• Coordinate the preparation and presentation of work-plans, budgets and reports.
• To provide administrative, technical and practical inputs into all aspects of project implementation.
• Build effective working relationships with local and national government institutions, NGOs, Private Sector as well as local communities in the forest-adjacent area.
• Assess and put in place and/or mobilize the necessary personnel, equipment, logistics and other resources and requirements for the successful implementation of the annual work-plans as agreed with the donors as appropriate.
• Ensure timely and effective implementation of annual work plans including the collection of data for monitoring project performance.
• Attend and present progress reports, work-plans, budgets, and any other documents.
• Be responsible for the proper disbursement and timely accounting of funds.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a diploma in Project Management or related field.
• Must have 4 years relevant working experience in the same field

Salary: Kshs.70, 000
