- Offer secretarial services to the Board.
- Supervising, appraising staff and identifying their development and training needs.
- Adhere to all corporate policies, procedures and business ethic codes and ensure that they are communicated and implement within the department.
- A member of the executive management of the corporation, participating in making decisions on all matters relevant to the running of the corporation.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB).
- Masters of Law (LLM) will be an added advantage.
- Certified Public Secretary (CPS).
- Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
- Member of a professional body.
- 10 years working experience and be an enrolled Lawyer and Advocate of the High Court and must be 35 years of age and above.
- Strong analytical and organization skills.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with standard office computer application.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
