Programs Coordinator

This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for coordinating, monitoring and implementing the Organization’s programs and projects against set standards and targets.
The job focus is based on ensuring the use of appropriate project management tools to achieve desired results and impact in all programs and activities undertaken.
Minimum Qualifications
- A Degree in Management/Planning, Business Administration, Economics or a related field;
- Six (6) years experience, three (3) of which must be at a senior level in Strategic or Corporate Planning in a national or regional organization;
- Experience in working with financial systems and in consolidation of reports, producing strategy or program plans, managing budgets and working within a results-based project framework;
- Experience in managing performance improvement and change management programs across an organization.

Project Manager - Environment

This position reports to the Director Environment and is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
In addition, oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle, create, execute and revise project work plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements whilst effectively enforcing project standards.

In addition he or she is responsible for documentation, preservation and dissemination of all data, information and material related to all activities of the Organization.
Minimum Qualifications
The Applicant should have demonstrated experience in use of project management software; strong analytical ability and problem solving capabilities as well as strong interpersonal skills.

Minimum Qualifications
The Applicant should have strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills; good Public Relations (PR); proficiency in Computer Applications; proficiency in video shooting and editing of the organizations functions, activities and others of relevance to the organization and publics; Ability to maintain professional integrity; ability to research and evaluate results of a Public Relations (PR) campaign/programme.
