They are looking for suitable, passionate and qualified individuals to fill the positions of Wealth Creation Officers.
Reporting to the Branch Managers, the Wealth Creation Officers will be expected to:

Reporting to the Branch Managers, the Wealth Creation Officers will be expected to:
- Consistently grow the company's product portfolio by marketing to individuals and groups.
- Handle customer issues on products including complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
- Develop ideas on how to improve client satisfaction through product enhancement and service delivery.
- Generate appropriate reports to present to customers.
- Review loan agreements and other documentation to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy.
Requirements
You will have a Diploma in Business Studies from a recognized institution with over 2 years microfinance operational and/or sales experience.
A degree in a related field will be an added advantage. We are also looking for results-driven individuals with the ability to work in a demanding environment
