Technical Lead - Comprehensive HIV Care and
Treatment
Ref: TL/09/2011
Based in Kisii
Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, the holder of the position will
supervise partner managers in charge of HIV Care and Treatment, TB/HIV
integration, provide leadership and oversight to these technical components of
the program and ensure the program is implemented in an integrated and coherent
manner with a view to achieving high quality results at service delivery
points.
She/he will coordinate provision of technical advisory services and management
support to Ministry of Health (MOH) partners, sub partners, training to the
program staff and program
target service delivery points/sites as well as sub-partners.
She/he will provide analysis, guidance, inputs to work plan development and
execution of implementation plans on HIV care and treatment program components.
Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator
Ref: ME/09/2011
Based in Nairobi
Reporting to the Global Fund Program Manager, the incumbent shall have overall
technical responsibility for monitoring & evaluation within the Global Fund
Program.
She/he will be responsible for setting up and managing a dynamic and functional
monitoring and evaluation system for the program that will demonstrate program
performance and support utilization of M&E results to make program
decisions for improved program management
and performance.
