Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking to recruit for the following Jobs:
Territorial Sales Representative – Eldoret / Kitale Region
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Sales and Marketing activities in Eldoret/Kitale Region
- Drive achievement of monthly set targets
- Drive aggressive distribution and promotion of Kickstart products
- Work closely with the Sales Manager, through distribution channels and management of the same by commercially minded, innovative and professionalism to meet set targets at all times.
- Establish good public relations both internally and externally and particularly with collaborative programmes and partners.
The
Ideal Candidate should possess the following qualities
- Holder of a relevant Business degree.
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing would be an added advantage
- Result-oriented individuals with a proven sales track record
- Have good customer care and communication skills
- A valid driving license with over 5 years driving, accident free and no endorsement
- Have 3-4 years experience in selling capital items especially farm inputs
- Must be computer literate
