Main Duties & Responsibilities
The primary duty of Maintenance Manager will be to ensure the smooth daily operation and guest appeal of the hotel.
He/ she will be charged with the responsibility to develop, implement and direct all maintenance Programs; ensure all equipment is maintained, conduct inspections and drills, ensure compliance with all codes and regulations, train all staff and maintain accurate records to ensure a safe environment which protects the asset, guests and staff.

Qualifications and Experience
- University degree in Civil or Maintenance Engineering.
- Must have extensive experience with electrical, mechanical, Solar, Air Conditioning and plumbing systems design and performance.
- Must have general IT knowledge
- Knowledgeable about safety principles, and machine maintenance
- Must have a minimum of two years managerial experience, preferably in service industry.
Front Office Manager
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Will be responsible for all duties through planning, organizing, and controlling all aspects of front desk to promote quality standards and ensure total guest satisfaction.

- University degree in Hotel Management or Diploma in Hotel Management from recognized institution
- At least two years management experience in front office
- High levels of patience, tact and diplomacy in resolving conflicts
- Excellent command of English language, knowledge of any other foreign language will be an added advantage
- Must be conversant with Fidelio.
Housekeeper
Main Duties & Responsibilities
To manage and control the cleaning and servicing of all rooms, restaurants, function rooms and public areas in the hotel. This position also ensures smooth operations of the laundry sub department.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
To manage the daily operations of a laundry services department. Work involves supervising laundry staff; planning laundering schedules; ensuring the proper use and maintenance of equipment; maintaining records of operations; and preparing reports.

Purchasing Manager
Main Duties & Responsibilities
To be responsible for procurement of commodities through the development and implementation of plans and the management of supplier relationships.
Other responsibilities include price negotiation, planning, inventory and quality control while minimizing costs.
