We are now recruiting for the following position:
Title: Lead Auditor
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Due to an internal re-organisation, Partner Africa is seeking full-time social auditors for its team, to be based in Nairobi, Kenya.
The roles will include the provision of social audit services, along with providing support to the Head of Audits and Assessments.
The successful candidates will show evidence of a strong ability to work as team players, supporting the expansion and development of our Audit and Assessment Department.
This position will involve significant travel within Kenya, but also to a variety of countries across the continent.

Requirements:
The successful candidates will have
- A degree in law, social science, environment, or business administration;
- Completed 35 audit days;
- SA 8000 and ISO 9000-1 qualifications;
- A proven ability to plan, implement and generate high quality audit reports.
- Ideal candidates will be able to multitask and to act on their own initiative. Audit experience in agriculture, manufacturing, food safety, textile and environment will be an advantage, as will proficiency in French.
