Scope of Work
- Work under the supervision of the Country Director and in close collaboration with FVR project partners and technical team
- Attend all meetings of the Project Steering Committee and other meetings as may be assigned and report on them
- Provide technical support to all sub grantees, including progress monitoring, quality assurance and deliverable certification
- Review deliverable reports from sub grantees to ensure they fulfill the guidelines for success and that all required documentation is provided
- Identify any challenges to timely completion of partners’ deliverables according to set standards
- Work closely with the Finance and Admin Officer to obtain the necessary documentation for submitting deliverable reports to the regional office
- Update the partners’ deliverables tracking sheets at the end of the month
- Update the input for the project monitoring report on a monthly basis
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned

- A first degree in a relevant discipline
- At least five years experience in project implementation in the NGO sector
- Ability to learn/adapt to unfamiliar reporting tools, based on strong reporting experience
- Extensive testing/validation of data and report results
- Team player and an effective communicator
