Qualifications

• A diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Education (ECE) from a reputable college
• At least 2 years working experience in a kindergarten setting
• Ability to prepare teaching aids and lesson plans
• Ability to establish and enforce rules for behavior and class control
• Good organization and communication skills
