Resources Manager.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelors degree or a higher qualification in HR Management, and five years of experience heading an HR department in a complex multicultural service organization; be self-directed, a team player, and able to maintain confidentiality; and have excellent organizational, interpersonal and managerial skills.
