Position
Requirements
- Applicant must be holder of at least Bachelors of Arts Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent
- They must have at least two years of relevant experience on HIV/AIDS issues.
- They must be computer proficient
- The successful candidate must have knowledge in Qualitative Research, qualitative data collection, summarization, entry and analysis.
- Successful candidate should be able to communicate in local language (Luo)
Key
Responsibilities
- Lead dyad interviews and focus group discussions
- Transcribe, enter, summarize and analyze data
- Lead community mapping, pile sorting and free listing activities
- Participate in socio behavioral model building
- Oversee formation and running of Community Advisory Board (CAB)
- Prepare community for the study
- Maintain community participation in study
- Any other duties given by the field coordinator
Note: The position is on
temporary basis- 3 months renewable.
