We are seeking to recruit candidate for the position of Human Resource Manager in the Regional Office – Africa. This position is responsible for the administration, coordination and facilitation of HR programs, processes, and operational support services for the RTI Regional Office in Africa.
Serving as Senior Administrator of HR Operations and Support Services of the RTI Regional Office, this role is responsible for HR Operations including but not limited to local national employment, recruitment, on-boarding and orientation, HRIS administration, compliance activities, HR systems support, and other duties as assigned.
This position requires candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and 10 years’ related experience or an MA degree and 6 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. French Language proficiency desired. Previous experience working on a US Funded program is required.
