Qualifications
Should have total work experience of 6 to 8 years
Should have 5 to 6 years of very strong experience in Quality Assurance, Implementation of ISO/TL 9000, CMMI at level 4 or 5 at business unit & project level.
Should be able to own & lead the process improvement initiatives at location.
Should be able to work with senior leaders of organization to chalk out short term process improvement plans and support them in execution of the same.
Should have managed a team of quality professionals.
Enable process team to drive innovative engineering practices to attain higher maturity in processes.
Should have strong understanding of statistical techniques, usage of process tools, understanding of ISO 9001, TL 9000 & CMMI quality models
Relevant experience of Quantitative analysis of metrics data, conducting SQA audits, process tailoring, process improvement activities.
