are an international Organization with offices in most major towns in the
Country.
We
have a vacancy in the below position which we need to fill urgently.
Position:
Customer Care Executive
Qualifications:
Minimum
of a Diploma in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business or related fields
from a recognised University or College.
The
right candidates should also have experience in customer service with excellent
oral and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to work closely with
others.
Others: A Kenyan, aged below
35 years, physically fit, able to work long hours and odd times with minimum
supervision, high integrity, honest, firm and a team player.
Experience: At least 3 years
experience in a busy service industry company.
Work
Station:
Nairobi but should be prepared to work in any other station within Kenya.
Terms
of Employment:
Contract,
with possibility of conversion to permanent and pensionable terms subject to
satisfactory performance.
Other
terms are negotiable, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
