The
Kenya Yearbook Editorial Board (KYEB) is a State Corporation established
through the Kenya Yearbook presidential order of November 2007 and is mandated
to facilitate Government Communication services through the annual publication
of the Kenya Yearbook.
The
Kenya Yearbook in her efforts to improve its service delivery and achieve
operational efficiency, would like to engage the services of a consultancy firm
to undertake a job evaluation exercise in order to streamline its structures,
systems and processes.
The Scope and Objectives of the Assignment
The
duration of the assignment is expected to take 40 working days and will cover
full time employees of the Board. Specifically, the objective of the assignment
will be to streamline its structures, determine the relative worth, complexity
and value of each job in the organization and to develop comprehensive grading
structure including detailed job descriptions and specifications.
Requirements
All
interested consultancy firms are invited to submit a detailed proposal upon
payment of a nonrefundable Tender document fee of ksh.5000/=.
The
tender document fee must be paid to the cashier at NHIF Building Fourth floor
in cash or bankers cheque payable to Kenya Yearbook Editorial Board on or
before the date for submission of proposals on the 18th June 2012 at 10.30hrs.

Building so as to be received on/or before 18th June 2012 at 10.0am.Late
tenders will not be accepted leading to automatic disqualification.
