Requirements:
The
successful candidate will be an individual with a keen intellect who can assist
the Head of School in providing leadership to create, nurture and sustain a
climate of academic, athletic and co/extra-curricular excellence.
At
least five years experience, with demonstrable achievements, in a leadership
position at a reputable school.
A
Bachelors Degree from a reputable, accredited university. A Masters Degree in
an education related course will be an added advantage.
Excellent
team-building skills, with proven experience in leading, motivating and
empowering people.
A
proven track record in the effective and efficient management of curriculum and
human resources in a school setting.
