- Bidder MUST attach copy of certificate of registration
- Bidder MUST attach a copy of the current valid trade license/local authority’s license
- Bidder MUST attach copy of V.A.T and PIN Certificates
- Bidder MUST fill the price column for the category applied for
- Bidder MUST attach a copy of the current valid lease tenant/ agreement
