Consultancy: End of
ECHO La Nina Project Evaluation
Oxfam
is seeking the services of a consultant to conduct an end of ECHO La Nina
evaluation for drought affected communities under the ECHO funded consortium
programme in Isiolo, Mandera, Turkana, Garissa, Marsabit, Baringo, Pokot,
Wajir, Samburu.
The
programme was implemented by five international organisations through a
combination of direct implementation and working with various local
partners.
The
international organisations are VSF Switzerland, VSF Belgium, VSF Germany,
Oxfam and ACTED Kenya.
