The Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) is a State Corporation established under the Kenya Roads Act, 2007, with the responsibility for the management, development, rehabilitation and maintenance of national roads.
 

The Authority therefore invites bids from eligible companies for provision of structured telecommunications cabling system for its offices at Blue Shield Towers as detailed hereunder:

KENHA/502/2012- Provision of Structured Telecommunications Cabling System
 

The detailed scope of services shall be as provided in the bid document.
 

A mandatory pre-tender site inspection will be conducted on Tuesday 14th August, 2012 at KeNHA Headquarters’, Blue Shield Towers, 3rd floor Boardroom at 10.00 am.

Procurement shall be based on the post qualification method and the above details will be submitted with the priced bid.
 

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Procurement Office, Kenya National Highways Authority Headquarters, Blue Shield Towers, First (1st) Floor Hospital Road, Upper Hill, during normal working hours or download from KeNHA Website: www.kenha.co.ke.
 

A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested bidders upon payment of nonrefundable fees of Kshs. 5,000.00 (Five thousand only) in form of bankers’ cheque only payable to Kenya National Highways Authority.
 

Completed bid documents should be submitted to:-

Or deposited in the Tender Box on the mezzanine Floor, Blue Shield Towers, Hospital Road, Upper Hill so as to be received on or before 12.00 noon on Friday 24th August, 2012.

Opening of the bids will take place immediately thereafter at the Board Room, 3rd Floor, Blue Shield Towers, Hospital Road, Upper Hill, in the presence of Tenderers/Representatives who wish to attend.
