We invite applications for the following position at the Academy:

IT Support Technician

Skill Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of laptop, desktop and server hardware repair and maintenance
• Good knowledge Windows operating system covering client server environment
• Proficiency in LAN and wireless networks
• Understanding of MS exchange server and outlook
• Good ability to perform accurate hardware/software troubleshooting
• Understanding of audio visual equipment’ setup
• Basic knowledge of web applications and Telephone systems

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of a degree/diploma in Information Technology
• Minimum of two years experience as an IT Support Technician
• Excellent written/oral communication skills
