Job Description:
To efficiently carry out management and administration of the Library Services/Learning and Resource Center with the aim of ensuring full and efficient provision and utilization of these services and facilities to the Institute customers.

To efficiently carry out management and administration of the Library Services/Learning and Resource Center with the aim of ensuring full and efficient provision and utilization of these services and facilities to the Institute customers.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review, design and manage procurement function to support the School mandate
- Align the procurement function to support the Schools’ operations
- Design and implement best practice supply chain management processes
- Ensure compliance with the public procurement rules and regulations
- Manage supply relationships for the mutual benefit of the school and suppliers
- Develop and implement effective stores management
- Managing the tendering process in accordance with the law
- Any other job assigned from time to time
Qualifications
and Experience:
- Must be a holder of bachelor’s degree in business administration, management and commerce
- Holder of MBA, MSC (Proc.) is added advantage
- Must be a member of KISM
- Five years procurement experiences in a large organization
- Must be computer literate
- Process strong leadership and negotiation skills
