- First Degree (Bachelors) in a relevant animal health discipline such as a veterinary degree or in development studies, social sciences, management or other related areas of international development
- Minimum 5 years working experience with an international animal welfare/ humanitarian/ development NGO with strong programme development, implementation, management monitoring and evaluation experience – especially at the field level
