Job Profile
- Ensure break down maintenance is carried out without any delays.
- Plan and ensure all scheduled maintenance of equipment and systems is carried out on time.
- Recommend spares to be purchased for either stock or immediate use.
- Maintain maintenance records for the region or area.
- Assign and supervise maintenance works within the region.
- Assist in preparation of tender specifications.
- Ensure sufficiency of tools for daily maintenance works.
- Responsible for writing regular maintenance reports.
- Supervise projects implementation and liaise with other maintenance departments in carrying out cross-cutting maintenance works.
Person
Profile
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical and Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering from a recognized university.
- Served for a minimum of 6 years in a busy organization.
- Registered and licensed with EBK as a professional Engineer.
Key
Competencies
- Thorough knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Proficiency in Computer Applications.
- Knowledge of PLC, SCADA and Fibre Optic Cable Systems will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrate technical expertise in risk management, quality assurance as well as monitoring and evaluation.
- Be a team player.
- Able to supervise and guide staff.
