A well established Manufacturing Company based in Nairobi is seeking to recruit a Country Director

The successful candidate will oversee strategic and Operational Programs. 

Responsibilities:
  • Leads the strategic planning process for the country program including sales campaigns and non-profit operations.
  • Manages, coordinates and implements country programs.
  • Responsible for all logistics for operations, production plan and program distributions.
  • Carrying out the budgeting for the Country Operations.
Qualifications:
  • Must have 7 years management experience.
  • Must have a proven track record in project and people management.
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in business, economics or accounting.
  • MBA or CPA will be an added advantage.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh.300,000 -  480,000/= (Approx. 3,500 - 5,600 USD)depending on experience
