Procurement Officer

1 Post

This position requires a capable person with the following attributes:

• Should be a form 4 leaver with at least a C plain
• Should have diploma in Purchasing and supplies
• Excellent knowledge, familiar with the procurement and disposal Act and skills in procurement policy, regulations and procedures.
• Should have a thorough knowledge in computerized accounting, word processing, data base computerized and stores software packages
• Should be 25 to 35 years old.
• Mature and responsible..
• Should be a target achiever, motivated to work with minimal supervision.

The salary is job group “G” starting 13,733/= in the scale 13,733 by 686 x 14,419/= by 721 x 15, 897 by 795 x 16,692 by 835 x17,527 p.m House allowance 3,500; medical allowance 715/=, but the entry point will depend on experience.
