1. Monitoring & Evaluation Manager
Key Responsibilities
The Monitoring & Evaluation Manager will report administratively to the HiH EA CEO and shall be the overall in charge of the M & E function of HiHEA.
The job holder will be responsible for data collection, information analysis and feedback activities that will help ensure KPI’s delivery, accountability and efficiency for programs and projects throughout HiH EA.
The selected individual will work closely with Program teams to assess field conditions, support capacity building initiatives, facilitate reviews and preparation of timely donors’ reports.
Specifications
- Bachelors degree in Administration, Information Management, Project Management, Finance or other relevant academic background
- 3 years experience in social development and financing background within a Micro finance business environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills and good interpersonal skills
- Good level of proficiency in Windows Excel and quantitative analysis
- Ability to design M & E tools, surveys, surveillance systems, and evaluations
- Demonstrated ability to train and build capacity both at individual and team environment
- Strong performance drive and initiative

2. Compliance Officer
Ref No: COM OFF 01- 2014
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the CFO, the Compliance Officer will provide independent and objective assurance, compliance and advisory activities for continuous improvement to the organization’s operations.
This will be accomplished through a systematic, disciplined evaluation and recommend improvement of the current, controls, and processes within HIH EA.
Specifications
- Degree in Commerce, Business Management or related field
- CPA (K) or CIA qualifications
- 4 years of full-time professional experience in internal auditing, operations, accounting, business analysis, or program evaluation, including 2 years at supervisory or project management level
- Knowledge and experience in monitoring and evaluation of donor funded programs
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to quickly acquire knowledge of systems and procedures

3. Green Business Officer

Key Responsibilities
The Green Business Officer will report to the Program Operations Manager and will be responsible for the effective implementation of the HIHEA strategies on environmental conservation and the delivery of environmentally appropriate products and services in the organization’s training and other program activities.
Specifications
- Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness, Agro forestry, Environmental Science or related discipline from a recognized university
- 2 years experience preferably in an NGO set up dealing with natural resources, agriculture or renewable energy solutions.
- Ability to work with computerized MIS and Microsoft suite packages
- A self starter working with minimal supervision
- Integrity and willingness to commit to the HiH EA’s mission and values
