Job Title: Expression of Interest for the Preparation of Strategic Plan

The County assembly of Kitui seeks to engage a qualified person/ firm to facilitate a strategic planning process and assist in the development of a new and comprehensive organizational five year strategic plan for the Assembly.
Scope of Work
The specific tasks include and not limited to:
1. Collection of views from all the stakeholders
2. Formulating the draft strategic plan
3. Finalization and production of the five year strategic plan.
The bidders must provide the following:-
i. Proposal for the work together with bidder’s profile, capability, key personnel and their respective curriculum vitae.
ii. A certified copy of certificate of registration with the relevant professional body and a letter confirming that the bidder is in good credit standing.
iii. Certificate of registration/incorporation
iv. Tax compliance certificate
v. Evidence of physical address
vi. Evidence of similar works and magnitude.
A complete Expression of Interest document in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked: (EOI) “Consultancy Services for the Preparation of a Strategic Plan’’ should be posted to:

Or be deposited in the Tender Box at the entrance of the administration block at the County Assembly so as to be received on or before 17th April, 2014 not later than 12.00 Noon.
Opening of the EOI submitted will be conducted publically immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidders/representatives who may wish to attend.
