Salary: Kshs. 30,000

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; counseling, and disciplining employees, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. 
• Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow to the Director.
• Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs and maintaining operational equipment.
• Provides production information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests.
• Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing change.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Analyze and identify all performance related issues and ensure appropriate steps to prevent loss.
• Monitor all administrative functions as per requirement.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management.
• Five (5) years experience in Management in a Small and Medium Sized Enterprise (SME).
• At least 3 years driving experience with a valid driver’s license.
• Good communication skills.
• A team player, self motivated, proactive, organized and have the ability to multitask with a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Experience in distribution and route planning.
• Manage a delivery crew team.
• Supervisory skills.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
