Lions Capital Limited Marketing Executive Job in Kenya

Lions Capital Limited is a Kenyan financial institution that creates tailored financial solutions to meet cash flow challenges for both individuals and SMEs.

We are looking to expand our products portfolio and as such seeking to recruit a Marketing Executive.

The position calls for a dynamic, enthusiastic and a hardworking individual with extensive experience selling financial products. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Present  the company to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails -You will be responsible for your own lead generation and appointment setting
• Actively and successfully manage the sales process
• Represent the company at industry events and market activations
• Contribute to the profitability of the branch by meeting individual sales targets set by management
• Maintain existing business relationships through continuous client follow up, responding to client inquiries and resolving problems on their behalf.
• Establish and maintain new business relationships.
• Accurately maintain and update client database
• Aggressively prospect for new clients
• Formulate marketing strategies that will enable the company position itself in the industry.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing option) or any other related business degree/ diploma
• 2-3 years sales experience in the same industry.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills

Remuneration will be on retainer and commission on net sales.
