Company profile: Our client is one of the largest manufacturers of edible oils, fat and laundry bar soap in the region. Their products command a large share of not only the Kenyan but the COMESA market as well.

Primary Responsibilities –

• ·         Training
• ·         Communication
• ·         Employee Relations and welfare
• ·         Performance Management
• ·         Any other administrative task.
• ·         Policy’s & Manual preparation

Qualifications

• ·         A degree / Masters in HR.
• ·         Minimum 3 years experience in factory set-up
• ·         Training oriented
• ·         Soft skills in HRIS applications.
• ·         Good working knowledge of employment and statutory laws
• ·         Good problem solving skills
• ·         Good analytical skills
• ·         Interpersonal skills.
