Commercial Support Manager

Scope of the job
Reporting to the Commercial Director, the holder of this position will be responsible for;
- Coordinating and driving the sales management and commercial processes, to ensure that the commercial department is guided to make informed decisions through analysis of data and regular updated information that will ensure a more focused customer attention and improved customer service.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive sales management target process from a commercial perspective
- Compile sales management information required for cluster business deployment plan process
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to get monthly view on sales and Packaging Material rolling forecasts
- Compile data comparing Tetra Pak sales versus customer machine production hours
- Develop a value chain analysis model for the main Tetra Pak systems
- Coordinate, validate and analyze, Packaging Material and Capital Equipment forecasting
- Co-ordinate and review pricing and price index for Tetra Pak Eastern Africa
- Liaise with various departments to compile the commercial dashboard and submit the information to the relevant stakeholders
- Design suitable databases or files for the collection, storage and sharing of relevant sales data
- Coordinate, compile and disseminate commercial reports both locally and to the cluster
Experience
- A minimum of three (3) years and above experience in a multinational FMCG Company in similar position
Qualification
- A minimum of Bachelors of Commerce Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or relevant Degree.
- Knowledge on database systems
- Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
