Asset Manager

Personal requirements

• University level of education, preferably B.Com (Business Administration)
• Good Managerial and selling skills.
• Strong Business Acumen.
• Good Negotiation skills.
• Computer literate

Civil Engineer

Personal requirements

• Bsc. Civil Engineering from a recognized institution
• Proven experience in project management, design, documentation and supervision.
• Proven analytical skills and ability to deliver a technically sound business proposal.
• Computer literate and proficiency in engineering software eg Auto CAD, Microsoft Project.
• A driving license and a passport.

Key responsibilities

• Develop terms of reference, bills of quantities and evaluate tenders and proposals.
• Design projects and oversee detailed design done by consultants.
• Supervise projects to successful completion / implementation.
• Co-ordinate and supervise consultant and contractors/service providers.

Sales Representatives (Retail / Network)

Personal requirements

• University degree, preferably in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering/ Business Administration.
• At least Two (2) years working experience in FMCG or oil industry.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Good communication skills.
• Computer literate.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• High integrity.
• Willingness to travel widely and be posted to any location in the country.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business against set targets.
• Manage existing business in line with company regulations.
• Accurate record keeping and provision of timely reports to supervisor.
• Management of market intelligence.
• Efficient territory management to maximize sales volumes.
• Credit management in line with company policy.

Accounts Assistant

Personal requirements

• A degree in Financial Accounting/ Commerce.
• CPA professional qualifications.
• At least 2 years experience in a busy Accounts Department.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication and computer skills.
• Strong work ethics.
• Ability to function effectively within a team set up.

Credit Control Assistant

Personal requirements

• A degree in Financial Accounting/ Commerce.
• CPA professional qualifications.
• At least 2 years experience in a busy Accounts Department.
• Previous credit control experience would be an added advantage.
• Computer literate with solid Microsoft skills especially Excel.
• High level of accuracy and a good eye for detail.
• Strong work ethics and able to work independently.
• Ability to function effectively within a team set up.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the banking of all cheques and cash on a daily basis.
• Manage sales ledger allocation of receipts to correct customer accounts.
• Ensure all receipts (cheques, cash) are entered on a daily basis.
• Answer customer enquiries and follow up on delinquent accounts.
• Handle customer complaints.
• On a daily basis, actively review customer accounts following up on payments and outstanding accounts.
