- Supervise office staff and interface with all levels of management
- Prepare Business Correspondence for MD
Key areas of responsibility:
- Overlook office staff & deals with all HR issues as follows:
- Administration of Leaves
- Filling all payroll records
- Receive, sort, and file monthly personnel action reports
- Statutory Deductions I.e. NHIF, NSSF, PAYE and any others
- Salary Advances
- Staff Medical Insurance
- Staff Uniforms & IDs
- Assisting in Recruitment
- Staff welfare
- Read & respond to emails on behalf of MD in a prompt & professional manner
- Organize meetings & MD travel schedules
Consults with
- All levels of management
- Accounts department
- Technical department
Term of employment
- Annual on permanent basis
Qualifications
- University/College Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources Management.
- Experience in an active HR Department.
- Strong sense of customer service
- Good organizational skills
- Proficient use of excel, word & powerpoint
- Supervisory/HR/ experience in a corporate environment
- Flexibility in working hours
- Age: late 20's onwards
Salary Scale: KShs. 40,000.00 gross monthly (Basic)
