The Human Resource Manager will report to the Group Human Resource Director. He/she will be responsible for the delivery and implementation of HR policies and programs.
We are looking for a person who is a HR generalist with at least 5 years experience in a busy commercial environment.

The Human Resource Manager will report to the Group Human Resource Director. He/she will be responsible for the delivery and implementation of HR policies and programs.
We are looking for a person who is a HR generalist with at least 5 years experience in a busy commercial environment.
Key result areas will include:
- HR Business Partner for key divisions within the Group
- Sourcing and placement of high caliber talent in line with business needs
- Performance management and employee productivity monitoring;
- Change management while ensuring staff in respective divisions are aligned to NMG culture
- Employee relations, compensation and benefits administration of assigned divisions;
- Supporting team development initiatives within the Group
- Staff development and talent management programmes to drive talent retention
Skills,
knowledge and experience requirement:
- A University degree in HR, Humanities or relevant field and a Post Graduate Diploma in HRM or an equivalent; an MBA will be an added advantage
- Over 5 years experience as HR Manager, interacting at senior level
- Experience in talent management, executing strategies, commercial acumen and excellent people management skills
- An understanding of the global trends in managing employee contribution and HR practices; and
- Excellent interpersonal skills, drive for results and a “can do attitude’
