Job Summary
The incumbent will be in charge of Marketing and Customer Service and responsible for effective marketing of the firm’s services and managing client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Determine customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers; visiting operational environments; conducting surveys; forming focus groups; benchmarking best practices; analyzing information and applications.
- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities and liaise with media and advertising firms.
- Develop and implement customer loyalty programs, policies and procedures in line with the strategic plan.
- Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products/ services and manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects.
- Determine and manage the marketing budget as well as deliver marketing activity within agreed budget.
Minimum
requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business Administration from a recognized institution
- A minimum of 5 years credible experience in marketing and customer service
- Credible experience in marketing and customer service strategy formulation and execution
- Innovative
- Excellent computer skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good leadership skills
- High integrity
- Member of a professional body
- Having some exposure in the cleaning industry or hospitality industry is an added advantage
