Purpose of the position:
To provide the operational Liaison n needed to successfully implement emergency response in the WASH sector in Dadaab district and among the refugees in Dadaab.
In order to successfully do so, the Project Manager must be able to effectively communicate World Vision’s Christian ethos and demonstrate a quality of spiritual life that serves as an example to others
Qualifications: Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and Experience
The following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training:

Qualifications: Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and Experience
The following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training:
- Must have a first degree in social sciences with at least two years experience
- Relevant diploma with at least 5 years experience will also be considered
- Experience in administration.
- The holder of this position must have good relationship building skills able to work in a context of multiple nationalities
- Ability to speak Somali Language is an added advances
- Proficient in written and spoken Kiswahili and English is required
