Role Responsibility:
- Development and execution of sales strategies and pitches across the business divisions
- Identify and develop new markets and work with divisional Sales Managers to penetrate identified markets
- Product positioning for all G4S Kenya products
- Alignment of sales team across the divisions
- Manage External sales partners including the third party sales/commission agents
- Develop and measure effectiveness of the sales processes and key deliverables of the sales teams
- Monthly review of sales processes to accommodate market demands & increase efficiency
- Assisting the divisional Sales Managers and the entire sales force in administrative tasks & follow up
- Continually reviews existing processes, systems and tools for adequacy
- Develops new or improved systems as needed
The
Ideal Candidate:
- 5-8 years experience with University Degree in business, sales, or marketing or equivalent training in business or sales management
- Strong background in service sector sales
- Good knowledge of channel, indirect sales, direct sales, and selling skills
- Able to work under high stress with short-term targets and objectives
- Excellent IT skills
- Able to operate in a performance driven organization
- Excellent communication skills
