Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. This is geared towards achieving maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.

Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. This is geared towards achieving maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing a good understanding of the relevant products and disease areas..
- Soliciting for orders from various customers so as to ensure business development.
- Making quotations to potential customers
- Customer care and analyzing the customers demand.
- Developing ,coordinating and managing of new and existing clients account
- Ensuring Accounts are paid or settled on time and in full.
- Developing a detailed understanding of the client base in a given region.
- Developing and retaining territory information systems
- Mastering and making use of relevant promotional literature as part of the sales process
- Provide the Marketing manger with accurate and timely data and market reports
- Liaising with the client and the company personnel on issues related to sales
- Achieving sales and activity target the territory
- Bringing to the company attention on any factor that may negatively affect sales activity.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a Diploma in medial sciences, applied sciences, marketing or any related field. A degree will be an added advantage.
- At least 2 years experience as a medical representative in selling pharmaceutical or any medical products
- Ability to achieve and surpass targets is a must
- Must be self driven and able to meet deadlines
- High level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and a “can do” attitude
