We are an ICT based company which is highly involved in vehicle tracking & recovery.

We are based in Nairobi with branches across the country and wish to urgently recruit for the position below.

Security Control Officer

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in post crime documentation, that is, assist clients to get the relevant documentation and coordinate with the police.
• Assist in running the security control room.
• Co-ordinate and assist all vehicle recovery events.
• Create a country wide network of individuals or organizations that will facilitate and hasten the recovery process.
• Create a database of security contacts that will facilitate and hasten the vehicle recovery process.
• Ensure that vehicle security measures are in place to ensure our clients mobile assets are secure.
• Help in creating and implementing a security policy for the entire company.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time

Requirements

• Must have a valid & clean driving licence.
• Must be computer Literate.
• Excellent customer service Skills
• 2 years experience in Control room management.
• Diploma in relevant field.
