- Provide leadership in joint bidding and proposal development and submission to funding agencies
- Review, develop a resource mobilization strategy and annual plans, grant and contract management system
- Provide leadership in resource mobilization initiatives
Level
of education:Masters
of Business Administration (MBA) or Masters Degree in business related field

- Good PR and communication skills

Job

At least 7 years relevant experience
