NGO Manager Job in Kenya - Ujamaa

UJAMAA - NMNW is a non-governmental organisation that missions around empowering women through micro enterprise and self defense.

We are a grassroots organisation, that toils in five slums in Nairobi, on a day to day basis, reaching out to women and young girls.

We are looking to hire a knowledgeable individual, with leadership skills and relevant experience.

You will:

• Serve as a leader and mentor to the team members of the organisation.
• Checking and developing reports, proposals, presentations and documentations.
• Dedicate your time and energy into the organisations mission and vision.
• Plan,coordinate and analyze the organisations project target goals and objectives.
• Supervise several departments within UJAMAA-NMNW.

You must:

• Have a bachelors degree, in any field.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in a managerial position.
• You must have the passion of serving people and the company you will be working for.
