Requirements:

• Aware about structures functions of boards, sub racks and racks.
• Identify hardware connection between BTS and environment monitoring equipment.
• Implement BTS data configuration, parameters setting, data modification, restoration and back-up.
• Implement BTS data configuration of combined cabinet and cabinet group.
• Master BTS remote/local routine operation and maintenance.
• Execute the on-site operation, such as the board replacement and equipment reboot.
• Check alarm events of BTS and perform the on-site diagnostic.
• Alarm handling and software and hardware troubleshooting
• Responsible for quality of network monitoring work
• Responsible for 24x7x365 shift allocation and shift schedule.
• Responsible for analyzing the faults and report them in proper escalation pat
• Responsible for reporting to Customers

Position: Huawei TRX, DSAM/DSLAM operation & maintenance engineer

Requirements:

• Support O&M team on fault handling and performance functions for DSLAM, MSAN & RAN ADSL systems.
• Support O&M NOC team to analyze the failures for DSLAM, MSAN & RAN ADSL systems.
• Support O&M NOC Team for preventive and Corrective maintenance for DSLAM, MSAN & RAN ADSL systems.
• Support O&M NOC team on managing and ensure stability of DSLAM, MSAN & RAN ADSL systems through Management Systems.
• Conduct necessary On-job training (OJT) to increase knowledge level.
• Alarm handling and software and hardware troubleshooting
• Responsible for quality of network monitoring work
• Responsible for 24x7x365 shift allocation and shift schedule.
• Responsible for analyzing the faults and report in proper escalation
