Drought Emergency Response in Arid Areas in
Kenya (ECHO La Nina)
Consultancy: Evaluation of Destocking as a Cash Injection Mechanism for Drought Affected Communities
Oxfam is seeking the services of a team of consultants to conduct an evaluation of animal de-stocking as a cash injection mechanism for drought affected communities under the ECHO funded consortium programme in Isiolo, Mandera, Turkana, Garissa, Marsabit, Baringo, Pokot, Wajir, Samburu.
The programme was implemented by five international organisations through a combination of direct implementation and working with various local partners.
The international organisations are VSF Suisse, VSF Belgium, VSF Germany, Oxfam and ACTED Kenya.
