Techno-Functional Consultant
Have 4 to 7 years in Oracle
Financials with atleast 3 – 4 full life cycle implementations and overall good
domain experience
Involve in micro to macro
management both in functional and technical phases, guide and execute projects.
Good Skills in Analysis, Designing, Coding and Development and should be strong
in PL/SQL
Responsible for all day-to-day aspects of project execution in terms of
developing and implementing different strategies aligned with client
expectations, goals and objectives.
Involve in solution strategy, work closely with Delivery Managers / Project
heads/ SMEs to develop implementation plan, and keep all the team members
informed of the plans for quality solutions
Monitoring process parameters involved to identify and correct deviations from
customers expectations and specifications
Involving in employee functional and technical scaling and their skill set
enhancements. Identifying areas for improvement and accordingly provide
training to the team
Strong verbal and communication skills, analytical skills and thorough
understanding of product development.
