Program description:
The KEMRI/CDC program in Kisumu has expanded considerably in its research and program support activities.
This program is a collaboration between Kenya Medical Research Institute and the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
It involves conducting research in malaria, HIV and other diseases while also providing support for HIV and TB programs in Kenya.
The program supports multiple research projects including clinical trials. This announcement seeks a coordinator for a new study on water access, food security, child health, and HIV progression conducted in collaboration with Stanford University, USA.
Position: Research Officer (Study Coordinator) MR11
Location: Kisumu
Essential Requirements: Masters Degree in public health, environmental health, or relevant field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of work experience in public health preferred.
