The Kenya Institute for Public Policy Research & Analysis (KIPPRA) invites
tenders from interested qualified bidders for Environmental Impact Assessment
(EIA) consultancy services for the above project.
Tender documents may be obtained from the Procurement Officer at KIPPRA offices
in Nairobi, Bishops Road, Bishops Garden Towers 2nd Floor upon payment of
non-refundable fee of Ksh 5,000 (five thousand Kenya shillings only).
Payment shall be made to the cash office during normal working hours (8.00 a.
m. to 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday).
A set of the complete tender documents (1 Original and 4 copies) in a plain
sealed envelop clearly indicating “RFP No. KIP/HQS/003/2011/2012 –
Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Consultancy Services for KIPPRA HQS”
should be deposited in the tender box located at KIPPRA reception on Bishops
Garden Towers, 2nd Floor, Bishops Road, Nairobi.
Large documents that cannot fit in the box shall be registered at the
reception, stamped and deposited at the Executive Director’s office.

The opening of the bids will take place thereafter at the 2nd Floor Boardroom,
Bishops Garden Towers on the same day in the presence of the bidders who will
be interested to attend.
