The City Council of Nairobi invites sealed request for proposals for the following:-

RFP - Request for Proposal for Services to undertake Revenue Potential Survey and Census

N0.CCN/CT/RFP/093/2012-2013

Interested eligible bidders may obtain the complete RFP documents from the office of the Director of Procurement, City Hall Annexe, First Floor Room 105, upon payment of a non-refundable cash fee of Kenya Shillings Five Thousand (Kshs. 5,000/) only per set.

The completed RFP documents in a plain sealed envelope clearly bearing only the RFP number and title of the contract should be deposited in the Tender Box, outside the Procurement Office, City Hall Annexe 1st floor Room 105 or if sent by post be addressed to: -

So as to reach him on or before 21st August, 2012 at 12.00 noon. The RFPs will be opened soon thereafter at the Procurement Boardroom, 1st Floor, City Hall Annex, in the presence of the bidders’ Representatives
who choose to attend.
 

RFPs must be accompanied by tender security in the form and amount of Kenya Shillings two Hundred Thousand Shillings (KShs. 500,000) only, failure to which the bid shall be rejected.
 

The City Council of Nairobi is not bound to accept the lowest or any proposal.
