The
Kenya Fluorspar Company is a corporate mining concern based in the Kerio Valley
with a workforce of about 370 employees and 250 on outsourced activities.
We
produce fluorspar for world export markets only.
The
company owns a modern Primary School with a fully equipped library with state
of the art e-learning facility, and uses smart boards for teaching in classes 4
– 8.
Primary School Teachers
The
company invites applications from qualified teachers who will be expected to
support the educational aims and objectives of the school, be hardworking and
enthusiastic professionals with excellent subject knowledge.
Candidates should fulfill the following requirements:
- Minimum P1 trained teachers
- Advanced computer literacy
- Excellent past track record
- Private school exposure will be an advantage
Assistant Information Technology Officer
Reporting
to the IT Officer, the AITO will assist with the following:
- Provide user support and preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot the company’s ICT problems
- Maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, electronic mail and associated services.
Requirements:
- Information Communication Technology degree or equivalent
- Technical training in information and communication technologies
- 3 years experience with hands on exposure to support LAN/WAN environment
Successful
candidates for the above positions will be appointed on term contracts at an
attractive remuneration package which includes free housing with electricity
and water and free medical care.
